Foundations

Designed for students looking to focus on alignment and form.

Practice meditative techniques and learn about body anatomy, leaving you feeling smarter, more peaceful and centered.

Ideal for beginners or those looking to learn more about specific yoga poses.

Stretch & Restore

This relaxing class will help you de-stress, stretch your body and practice mindfulness through short meditations, breath work and more.

Ideal for anyone interested in taking a break from their hectic week, relax and recenter.

Yoga experience not required.

Open Level

Open Level Vinyasa focuses on alignment and breath awareness for peace of mind and functional movement. With a diversity of movements and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced.
With these sessions, you will learn and practice the tools needed for a strong and stable core, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.

Some prior yoga experience is recommended but not required.

Power Vinyasa

This popular yoga style is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together.

Your instructor will lead you as you develop strength, stamina, and focus in this dynamic and powerful flow-based class.

Prior yoga experience recommended.
