This workshop will be focused around relieving stress and anxiety through mindfulness, meditation and breath work.
You’ll also learn how to give yourself a stress relieving massage through fascia release by using common yoga props.
We’ll end out the workshop with some vinyasa flow and restorative yoga to balance you out for the rest of your day.
